A new life in SG

I have always hope to work in KL as I had spent my diploma and degree life at Melaka and Penang. It's time for me to go back to where I come from. Life doesn't plan out like how I thought it would.

Thus, my working life began at SG! Went there a week before to settle down in our new home xD Shopped for electrical appliances and get a postpaid SIM card! So excited to finally have data plan :P

5 weeks of working life (not exactly working life, training life actually) were very tough. 2 weeks of classes and 3 weeks of assignments. Most of the time we OT until very late. I guess it's partly due to our lack of knowledge in the language and framework used. But time seems to pass very quickly because of a bunch of hilarious colleagues. xD

So we have two guys who always pop out some "golden words" that will later on be our "slogan". Hahaha! Compliments people with "Kuat Kuat Kuat"! And whenever we coded and wanted to try out whether our codes work, "Ini kali lah" can be heard. xD "Near" is like macam yes, but most of the time, it's not even near to where you want to be. xD

Besides, we have waffle break once in awhile when we can afford it (be it time or money). And 2 out of 3 JAVA groups would be slacking and relaxing while the other team did their assignment seriously. A fatter version of me will be appearing soon.

Now we are left with presentations! All is well. Thanks for the wonderful 5 weeks memories. OT !== Overtime, but Only time with you. Only time with all of us. Even if we are assigned to different project teams later on, I hope we can gather once in awhile to reminisce our hellish 5 weeks.

It's only 3 girls in a 13 people batch. 

So we have 13 people in our September 2017 batch. And out of 13 people, we have 3 girls. xD Love them to bits!

 We went to the office on a Saturday. And decided to just call it a day and went food hunt at Upper Thomson Road. xD Sushiro recommended by Jeremy. And 2nd round for bingsu! Best bingsu I've ever tasted. Probably because boss belanja hahaha! Thanks boss!

Sept 17 batch! Celebration dinner for finally submitting our assignment 2.

First dinner together with all 13 of us! Steamboat at Bugis! How I wish we went for a 2nd round, but I'm glad we didn't as the next day we still need to wake up early for work. xD And without the 2nd round I'm still damn sleepy the next day.

I'm blessed to have a direct senior who really worried about me going out alone for dinner hahaha! And that's why we have this random outing! I wanted to try this vegan burger and jio them together! Turns out it's not just vegan burger that we tried, we went for dessert as well as roti canai too!

Not to forget about my family who came to SG during my mum's birthday. Although I was quite busy that period, but still managed to go to JB with them and had a great dinner at AMK park as well as visiting Garden by the Bay for the lantern event!

A bumpy 2016 and a better 2017, hopefully!

Started 2016 with a bad health condition.
Internship came at this time. Met a lot of new friends, ex-colleagues whom all I hope still remembers me. =D
Get to know Ping Pong. xD
I love team event! xD Singapore trip with colleagues. Met my friend there.
Went to Ipoh.
Had my first Penang Hill hiking.
Watched a performance at PPAC for the first time.
Finished internship.
Went to China. Met my lovely niece and nephew.
And the sad part comes.
FYP.
Struggled a lot, and finally, 2016 ended.

FYP is still ongoing.
No sem break for me.
Fingers crossed everything will be alright.

2017 to-do list:
- Graduate.
- Have lots of trips. (Thanks, papa and mama. xD)
- Take care of myself.
- Find a job.
- Join any class. (dance perhaps?)
- Sleep early and wake up early. (After I finish my final sem)
- Exercise.

13/3/2015 - 15/3/2015 - PE Camp 2!!

PE camp, is a camp for penolong exco of buddhist society club in USM. So I missed PE camp 1 as I went to Viper Challenge. xD I'm actually quite look forward to this camp, but I had test after that camp and I couldn't just put away my test so I took my notes there..xD Hahaha!!!

Hmm...So we went there by bus. And I took two bags like I'm going to stay there for a month..=.=''' Along the journey there, we had to choose a paper containing a person's name. And try to know him/her. And fellowship is really fellowship lor..:P Whole bus fellowshipers the noisiest dy..xD 

Reached 鹤山学院! Ohh..It's near kek lok si. And we had to walk up the hill with our bags..T.T We started off by cleaning the place. And dinner time I guess!! Dinner served here is even more geng than what I ate at USM lar..Quite nice de..:P Had an Ice Breaking session. Personally I think that ice breaking session is really unique lar..xD Have to know the person you've chosen and draw him/her on a paper while describing him/her. And let people guess who's the one you have chosen. 

2nd Day

 It's breakfast time!!! Seriously I love the mashed potato..xD But I didn't eat with the apple slices lar...Fruits should eat before everything hahaha!!! That's what my dad teach me..:P

After that we had game session. Group game. I think in this game session, exco really did put a lot of heart huh...I personally don't play games, one of the reason that I don't like to go to all these kind of activities is I don't play games..xD But in this camp, all these games are meaningful and quite fun actually...xD

 After this game session, we have another session called Accept Me! Basically, everyone's back will be pasted a paper with conditions. If match with the condition other people can accept them and cross their arms around them..=.=''' At the beginning everyone is so blur....And the atmosphere is soooooooo serious....hahaha...but after  a few rounds we knew what to do and managed to pass lar..xD

Had this session, where we were divided into groups and we had to get to know about the ad hoc that had assigned to us, and tried to do a proposal!

Overall, I'm really happy that I get to join this camp..xD Unlike all those outdoor camp which requires us to get ourselves dirty and train for our physical endurance, this camp is so nice...We get to sleep in air conditioned room, we had our own bed, foods here are nice, games are fun, everything is just right, except I don't get enough sleep hahaha!!! Thanks exco and everyone for organizing this camp! I had great memories here!!

1) Boat Noodles + Epique

So we begin our food hunt trip!!! To Empire Damansara for this famous boat noodles!! I have never heard of it until my friend said it's really famous hahahaa!! Guess staying at Melaka too long I didn't update about new stuff like these...xD

 A small bowl for RM1.90..You won't be aware of how many bowls you have eaten....And by the time you had the 10th bowls, only then you realize it gonna cost you RM19...And you are still not full yet hahahaha!!!!

2) Publika Food Hunt

So our 2nd food hunt!!! xD Publika is like the must-go place for food hunt hahahaha!!! So bear bear joined us this time!!

 1st stop : Swich Cafe

Went here again as I wanna try the mangosteen cake which I never have a chance to try last time!! But I still like the chempedak cake more....>.<

So we had the box of japchae and we ate it at the food court there...xD

3rd Stop : Salon Du Chocolat

Girls are always crave for choco!! xD And 4 is just the right number to enjoy a chocolate dessert... The choco is way too rich you wouldn't finish it alone...xD

3) Bad Boy Cooks with sis and her friends

Sis phoned me to say that she and her friends wanna go Setiawalk to celebrate the end of finals lar...xD So I kepo go there and had my lunch at Bad Boy Cooks!! xD

4) Family Day

5) Ballet Girls Gathering

So we had a ex-ballet students gathering with our ballet teacher!!! Ms Yip, our teacher, really loves to drink, so it's quite surprising lar that this gathering is not at Muzeum..xD We normally had gathering there hahaha!!! Went to Padi House at Setiawalk!! xD

Hahaha...Straightaway went to mamak after ballet gathering...xD Sudden plan huh....And it's my first time wearing dress to mamak..:P And Iven said it's his first time seeing me wearing dress hahahaha!!! I don't really dress up when I go out with them so hahahaha....>.<

It's quite a nice session...xD Seriously I feel so much more relaxed after that....

8) San Nae Deul

Went here with sis and her friend. Their set lunch is really....>.< disappointing...even kimchi doesn't taste nice..>.<

9) 3 days date xD

So it's our 1st date I suppose, after we are officially together. Hahaha...I'm glad that he came. 3 months honeymoon period and we gotta spend it without each other is kinda sad. So thanks for coming down. =D

Starbucks!

Meet up with his friend and we went to The Curve after seeing so many people queuing for Uncle Jang!! So had our dinner at Johnny Rocket!

Hahaha!!! 2nd date is quite a failure...xD Simply had my late lunch at a restaurant....And had snowflake...xD I quite like snowflakes..xD And just sat there talking and laughing...He just made me laughed so muchhhhhh...xD

And the last day we went to Publika for lunch!! xD It's really full for two people, or maybe I just don't really have much appetite to eat.. But it tastes nice..=D

And he went back...just like that hahahaha!!! xD It's awkward and not awkward situation for us hahahaha!!! It's complicated hahahaha!!! I miss you..^^

10) Ballet Friends Gathering

Had another gathering with these 3 lovely ladies who used to have ballet classes with me!! Too bad sis had to pack her stuff to hk so we went there lar!!! We planned to sing k, too bad full house, and movie, too bad no suitable showtime, so we went for dinner instead!! At Mr. Dakgalbi!!

11) Yumcha with Joy and Hui Ying

This is quite a surprising gathering, because I haven't see Joy for so damn long!!! And thanks hui ying for jio me too hahahaha!!! We three used to be so close during form 1 I guess..=D

Went to Snowflake! hahaha...Hui Ying thought I said to go Tong Pak Fu and we ended up at two diff places...So they came and we yumcha at Snowflakes lar..xD Talked about lots of stuffs too....We all had so many projects for the course we are studying so we know how each other feels lar..xD The stress, the late sleep nights hahaha....

12) Stay at YiYi house

So I went to stay at yiyi house for a week!!! To take care of this naughty little Charlotte hahahaha!!! Waited for her to come home everyday...xD

And after shower she would play the little pony!!! They are all so cute and colourful hahahaha....But I'm not very interested in playing with her lar so I spent my time reading my storybook..xD

And Tiffany jie jie and Jia Ai came too!!! Jia Ai came and stayed for a few days so nice to keep me accompanied...xD

13) Outing with Jia Ai

Hehehe...So I went out with Jia Ai after staying at home for so many days...xD Finally!!! I get to go out!!! xD

Went to Alexis hahaha!!! I just have to bring people here...xD For the tiramisu and pavlova...xD Hahahaha!!! I hope you like it..xD

And because we were so full we went to buy 3 onigiri from AEON, and crazy potato, and we ate it as late lunch at home with Charlotte...And after that, we went for dinner with ma, yiyi and surprisingly, Wei Jie which is my cousin bro at 1 Utama...xD

14) 3 days date xD

Another 3 days date!! It's quite a surprise lar...We did talk about it but he didn't say anything after that, so I thought maybe he can't come and so I didn't mention it anymore lar, don't wanna pressure him and all hahahaha...Stupid lar gave me such a shock hahahaa!!!

So 1st day went off nice...xD Hahaha!! And 2nd day is okay too..Starbucks again. We had lots of Starbucks together in fact. It's not like I'm a fan of Starbucks. Maybe it's because I just don't feel like walking and Starbucks is so convenient. And buy 1 free 1 so we just gonna grab it lar..xD Stayed there for sooooo long and it doesn't even bored me. We just talked and relaxed..xD

And these are just not my cup of coffee..hahaha!!!

22 Jump Street, which is really really hilarious, I never laughed so much in a cinema and this movie just made me laughed out loud throughout the whole movie...xD Had Cinnabon before dinner as we thought we have to queue up for our dinner...xD It's really nice...xD

15) Ballet Workshop by Mr Edgar

So I went to this ballet workshop, and had my first actual ballet class after 3 years of stopping ballet!!!! And seriously, I'm old and my muscles ache and I hurt my back..hahahaha!!!! Still, thanks for asking yea Ms Yip I enjoyed the workshop a lot!

16) Gathering with friends!

So had a small gathering with Jia Hao, Kai Wen, Veron, Phyllis, Chow Chien and Deidre...xD Had so many foods but I don't really like it lar..>.< Just to fill my stomach...xD

Talked a lot...And everyone seems to fly overseas to study while I'm still stuck at Melaka..>.< To UK, to Poland, To US...Awwww......>.< I'm jealous...xD It's okay, I will, one day, some day, I will go and find you guys...xD

2nd round at Pacific Coffee Company..xD Talked a lot again...And the whole conversation seems to be so pessimistic it made me sooooo sad....>.< Talked about not believing in love and being in a relationship is a waste of time hahahaha...So funny I'm in a relationship now leh...xD And I enjoy it a lot...xD Talked about trust issue and I just want to say that not everyone is the same!!!!!

It's quite a delightful month! I get to eat good foods, hangout with friends I haven't meet up for so long and of course, get to see him TWICE even though we are states apart and he has internship and all. Big sem break is always nice as most of my friends who are studying overseas will come back!! So happy to meet you guys!! Despite that I have to be states apart with Mr J, and everyone saying that I should have started after this break so the 1st 3 months honeymoon period we will be spending with each other, I am still glad that I made the decision I've chosen. =D I know it won't be easy, seriously miss him like siao for the 1st month, mostly because I'm so free at home hahaha, but we cherish the moment we meet each other even more. It's just the beginning. =D And I have faith in us. ^^
